Booking Policy

• Deposit Requirement
  To secure your appointment slot, a non-refundable deposit of $40 is required. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost and is payable via PayPal.

• 24-Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee
  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, a $30 fee will apply.

• No-Show Policy
  Please be aware that if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will not be able to book with us in the future.

• Punctuality Notice
  We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Punctuality allows us to provide the highest quality service without compromising any details. Please be aware that arriving late may affect the quality or duration of your service.

• Foreign Fills
  We do not perform foreign fills. If your lashes were done at another salon, a full removal and new set will be required.

  Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will not be able to book future appointments.

• Pre-Appointment Preparations
  For optimal results, we recommend avoiding caffeine or sugary drinks 24 hours before your appointment. Additionally, please arrive with a bare face to streamline the lash extension process. A $10 fee will apply for makeup removal if needed.

• Payment Method
  Please note that we accept cash payments only. Kindly ensure you bring the exact amount to your appointment.
